Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
1. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) processing times may be longer; we will notify you by email if delays occur.

4. Carriers & tracking
We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, GLS, or regional freight partners. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Freight shipments will be scheduled by phone — please provide a contact number at checkout.
5. Customs, duties & import taxes (Switzerland in particular)

Germany & Austria (within EU): Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT. There are no import duties for shipments inside the EU.

Switzerland (outside EU): Prices do not include Swiss customs duties, import VAT or clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. We recommend customers check local customs rules.
